Breakfast pockets with eggs and cottage cheese

Preparation time: 15 minutes / Cooking time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

2 eggs
4 sheets of filo dough
100 grams of turkey ham or bacon (skip this ingredient if vegetarian)
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
200 grams of cottage cheese (I use Olympus cheese)
Mix of fresh parsley, dill, basil and mint)
Salt
