The accommodation facilities are made with natural wood and stone, an interior typical of the very famous and close to the hotel villages of Leshten and Kovachevitsa. Equipped with floor heating system you will never feel cold in our rooms.
Our double rooms are simple and available for two people only. Every room has bathroom ensuite.
Apartments are spacious and usually sold for families and their children. They include two separate rooms, one living room, terrace, and a bathroom.
Water in all our facilities is hot spring and it is not drinkable.

Our apartments on the third floor are equipped with a fireplace which could be loaded with wood and ready for you when booked prior your arrival.
Package prices
We offer accommodation packages, inclusive of the following:
accommodation, breakfast (or breakfast, see the table below), usage of the mineral pools, sun bed, sauna, steam bath, parking place
The package prices are as follows:
*All the prices include breakfast on set menus, free parking, WI- fi, tv, sauna, steam bath and free entrance to our swimming facilities.
*We are happy to inform you that Hotel Petreliyski is Pet Friendly zone. Though, double rooms are too small for you pet, but apartments are just fine and spacious enough. Also, plenty of green grass space around the hotel is available. (We, the staff members of Hotel Petreliyski, we encourage the protection of the environment, so we kindly ask you to clean after your pets!

Accommodation policy:
- Check-In Time: 15:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-in and accommodation take place only when a valid proof of identity such as a passport or ID is presented.
- Guests are requested to pay the total cost of accommodation at the time of check-in.
- Please note that during periods of high occupancy or when Promotional Rate Codes are offered, your booking may only be guaranteed based on an advance deposit.

Upon check-in, the full payment for accommodation is to be made.
For bigger parties, groups etc. a full payment would be necessary to confirm your booking.
A seven-day notification before the date of accommodation is required for cancellation or modification. Otherwise, the full amount of deposit will be saved to redeem your next stay within 6 months.
Cancellation policies can vary seasonally or depending on the offer.
